We will open our doors at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday and 9:00 a.m. on Sunday. Our event is scheduled to end by 6:30 p.m. Remember, we have five speakers, book signings, and breaks, which is the reason for the long day.

Parking is free and in front of the auditorium inside Dr. Joaquin Garcia Highschool.

If lunches are available on Saturday and Sunday, they will be limited in quantity. This is why we suggest purchasing ahead of time. Cakes and snacks will be sold. Coffee will be sold before the event and on breaks only. No food or drinks are allowed in the auditorium.

Our event does not come without costs associated with venue, travel tickets and hotel accommodation for speakers, marketing material, and catering fees. Since we are a small organization, we cannot afford to pay for the event without the registrants’ payments.

Yes! Please send us an email so we can assist you. Many people donate their tickets when they cannot attend, and we also allocate a quantity to be available should anyone be facing financial hardships. No one should be left out.
